How to convert Word to PDF

What the PDF preserves
The converter extracts document text and reflows it into a simple readable PDF. Images, table structure, charts, fonts, headers and exact pagination are not preserved. It is not a full Microsoft Word rendering engine.
For documents that need exact formatting
For a CV, invoice, designed report or document with complex tables, export to PDF from Word or your original document editor. That is the better choice when layout fidelity is essential.
Characters and image-only files
If a document contains characters the current PDF font cannot render faithfully, conversion stops with an explanation rather than silently replacing them. Image-only documents have no text to extract. Use the original editor to export those files.
